Manchester United legend Gary Neville has issued a strong warning to Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel about player behaviors at the club.

Chelsea have become popular in Europe for sacking manager who are not performing and some players have always been identified as the main reason behind such sackings.

Frank Lampard was dismissed some weeks ago and Thomas Tuchel who was appointed as his replacement have turn things around at the club.

However, Gary Neville insisted player power might still play a part in Tuchel’s era at Chelsea just like some other top managers like Jose Mourinho and Frank Lampard.

Speaking with Webby & O’Neill, Neville stated that when you look at those players there they’ve got really good players at Chelsea.

The players thrive on a new idea, then they get bored, and then they’ll kick him out and they’ll bring someone else in and you’ll be asking me the same question again in two years, particularly at Chelsea, it’s always 18 months to two years, we know what happens there.

Neville noted that Tuchel will make Chelsea better, he’ll improve them, not because Frank Lampard wouldn’t have generally got there himself but he think ultimately Chelsea are very trigger happy as they don’t give managers two or three years that you need to be successful, to prove you’ve got the idea the owners of the club want, they want results straight away.
