Not Arsenal: Man Utd’s Rooney names favourite club to win EPL

Former Manchester United star Wayne Rooney has topped Jürgen Klopp’s Liverpool side to win the Premier League title ahead of Pep Gaurdiola’s Man City and Arsenal led by Mikel Arteta.

Rooney shared his prediction after the Reds played a 2-2 draw against Man United at Old Trafford on Sunday.

At the moment, Arsenal sit at the top of the Premier League table on goal difference ahead of Liverpool in second position.

Premier League champions Man City, meanwhile, are in third position with a point behind Arsenal and Liverpool.

“There is still such a long time to go. I know it’s only seven games but a lot will happen between now and the end of the season,” Rooney told Premier League Productions.

“I still think Liverpool will nick it.”

Meanwhile, Arsenal were close to winning the title last season before they lost it to Man City, they would hope their efforts don’t go to waste again this season.
