Leicester City have agreed terms for the signing of Turkish star Cengiz Under on a season-long loan from Roma.

Cengiz Under was due to join Brendan Rodgers and his new teammates ahead of Sunday night’s game against Burnley, in spite of the fact that the move is subject to Premier League and international clearance.

The Foxes have the choice to buy Cengiz Under, who is a Turkey star, toward the end of the loan time frame.

Addressing lcfc.com, Cengiz Under stated: I can hardly wait to go to Leicester and start training. I’ve for the longest time been itching to play in England and this is an extraordinary chance to play in the Premier League.

The 23-year-old Under made his debut for Turkey team aged 19 and will currently play alongside his international teammate Caglar Soyuncu.

I will attempt to help my teammates on the pitch and off the pitch and I accept that I can improve my performances consistently, said the winger. I think I am quick and can make heaps of chances for my teammates.

I feel awesome in light of the fact that my closest companion plays for Leicester City. I am exceptionally happy to have the option to play with Caglar and I generally watched Leicester’s games as a result of him.
