Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has lavish praise on new summer signing Raphael Varane ahead of his debut for the club.

Varane joined Manchester United from Real Madrid for a transfer fee of $56 million and signed a four-year contract.

The world cup winner who has won all titles available in the Spanish top flight is yet to make his debut but was on the bench last week when United played a one all draw against Southampton.

With Wolverhampton Wanderers next to come, Paul Pogba has revealed why fans should expect from his international teammate.

Speaking with Manchester United’s official website, Pogba was asked it he had helped Varane settled in at the club.

Responding to this, Pogba stated that Varane doesn’t need him to settle in as he just settles in by himself.

According to Pogba, Varane is someone very mature, a very good guy and it’s obvious he is very good with everyone already.

Pogba noted that Varane is really good in the changing room, which is very important in football.

He’s a top man, a top player and brings his experience, his quality and his personality, even outside the pitch, to help the team.
