Former Barcelona manager, Xavi, could soon find himself in the English Premier League as recent reports claim he is considering a switch after his dismissal from the Spanish La Liga side.

After he was sacked last month following a tough tenure, Xavi was seen in public for the first time on Saturday.

The report via a Spanish news outlet Sport claimed the Barcelona legend is now contemplating a managerial role in England.

This means Xavi could follow in the path of his former manager, Pep Guardiola, the current manager of Premier League champions Manchester City.

While Xavi is currently without a job he plans to spend the next few months with his family.

While he waits for his next managerial sign-up, the former Barcelona boss is reportedly interested in a new project in the Premier League.

However, there are no details on any Premier League club targeting him as of now.

Meanwhile, with Man Utd on the search for a new manager to replace Erik ten Hag at Old Trafford, they could consider Xavi on their list.

This week, the Red Devils are expected to announce if Ten Hag will remain their manager or exit the club.
