Chelsea have been handed injury boost ahead of their faceoff vs. Man City in the Uefa Champions League final scheduled to take place tonight at Porto, Portugal.

The report revealed that Chelsea players; Eduordy Mendy and N’Golo Kante will be available for the match as the duo have been reported fit for the match.

The reports revealed that Mendy and Kante joined the rest of the squad during training during the week before they travelled out to Portugal ahead of the clash tonight.

It was revealed that neither Mendy nor Kante has since experienced any setbacks and Tuchel reported a clean bill of health on Friday.

“No injuries and I hope it stays like this until after the training today – Edouard Mendy and N’Golo Kante are fit,” he said.

Recall that Mendy suffered a rib issue after colliding with the post during their 2-1 defeat at Aston Villa and was replaced by Kepa Arrizabalaga at halftime.

Kante on the other hand missed the game at Villa Park as a precautionary measure.
