Arsenal Reach Agreement to Sign Chelsea Winger in £52m Deal

Arsenal have reportedly reached an agreement to sign Chelsea winger Noni Madueke in a deal worth around £52 million, including add-ons.
The 23-year-old England international is set to sign a five-year contract at the Emirates Stadium, with personal terms already agreed earlier this week.
Madueke, a former Tottenham Hotspur academy player, is expected to provide valuable depth and competition for Bukayo Saka on Arsenal’s right wing. Mikel Arteta has been eager to strengthen his squad ahead of the new season, and Madueke’s arrival will add another attacking option to the Gunners’ lineup.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the deal was finalised following negotiations between the two London clubs. Madueke is expected to undergo a medical and complete the transfer once Chelsea finish their involvement in the FIFA Club World Cup.
Madueke has been identified as a key target for Arsenal as they look to build a squad capable of challenging on multiple fronts next season. His pace, dribbling ability, and attacking flair make him an ideal addition to Arteta’s plans.
The winger joined Chelsea from PSV Eindhoven in 2023 but has faced inconsistent playing time at Stamford Bridge. A move to Arsenal offers him the opportunity for a fresh start, with the chance to compete at the highest level in the Premier League and European competitions.
Once Chelsea’s Club World Cup campaign concludes, the deal is expected to be finalised, making Madueke one of Arsenal’s marquee signings this summer.
