Tuchel reveals what Guardiola told him ahead of UCL Final

Chelsea coach, Thomas Tuchel has revealed that his Man City counterpart has told him what to expect ahead of their Uefa Champions League final.

Recall that Chelsea and Man City made it to the final after they defeated Real Madrid and Paris Saint Germain PSG respectively in the semi-final.

Chelsea made a short trip to Etihad stadium over the weekend where they defeated the Citizens in the Premier League with the game ending in a 2-1 win for the Blues.

Tuchel revealed that Guardiola has told him what to expect in the UCL final which is scheduled to take place in Istanbul, Turkey later this month.

Ahead of the kick-off of the Premier League game on Saturday, both Tuchel and Guardiola were spotted locked in deep conversation by the side of the pitch.

Tuchel was asked the question about what they had been talking about, and he said, “He [Guardiola] told me the tactics of the Champions League final, I now know everything!” According to Football.London.

“We had a long relationship from Munich, he was at Dortmund and Mainz.

“Yes, he is a good guy,” Tuchel added.

Chelsea will be the second club after PSG, Tuchel will be leading to the UCL final, however, unlike the French side, he would be hoping to win the title with the Blues.
