Sancho’s camp confident of move to Old Trafford

A recent report has revealed that Jadon Sancho’s camp are confident that the Borussia Dortmund star will complete a move to Old Trafford this summer.

This comes as the Red Devils seem determined to bring him on board this time as they had failed to do so last summer.

The reports revealed that Man Utd are planning on submitting a new deal for Sancho having seen their recent deal rejected by Dortmund last week.

Recall that Man United reportedly held further talks with the German Bundesliga side over a deal for Sancho during the weekend.

While Dortmund rejected Man Utd offer, the former Manchester City starlet is reported to have agreed a whopping £350k-a-week contract should a transfer go through.

Now, the Manchester Evening News reports that Sancho’s camp are confident that a deal will eventually be completed, even though United are yet to meet Dortmund’s valuation.

The Bundesliga side are reported to be holding out for a sum of £77m plus £4m in performance-related bonuses, and Man United’s idea to insert a Ballon d’Or clause in Sancho’s deal was rejected.

It would be nice to see Sancho return to England next season and hopefully, Man Utd will be able to seal a deal in a matter of days.
