Mohamed Salah’s lawyer and adviser, Rammy Abbas Issa in a recent statement hinted that Liverpool could be earning up to £1million per week.

This was via a report from The Guardian as Issa told a Harvard Business School, HBS, study that the staggering sum would be a “conservative” expectation for Salah.

Salah’s adviser also revealed that the Egypt international was close to leaving Anfield before he eventually put pen to paper on a new three-year deal.

The Egyptian was in the last year of his deal and there were specula he would leave after months of failed negotiations.

However, Salah turned around to sign a new contract and committed himself to Liverpool until June 2025.

According to Issa, Salah’s new contract, combined with third-party endorsement deals, will see him earn £1million-per-week at Liverpool.

Salah has continued to impress at Liverpool and was linked with moves away from the club last summer window.
