Chelsea have reportedly added a new player to their target list in the person of Arsenal flop Sergey Gnabry.

The report revealed the Blues are ready to sign Gnabry from the German side Bayern Munich this summer as they consider him as an alternative for Barcelona-bound Leeds United’s Raphinha.

While the Blues had already reached an agreement to sign Raphinha from Leeds United, the Brazil international, however, favours a move to Camp Nou instead.

Despite completing a deal for Raheem Sterling from Man City a few days ago, Chelsea still needs more attackers.

The Mail reports that the Blues have made an ‘inquiry’ into Gnabry, who had earlier rejected a new contract from the German champions.

Gnabry moved back to Germany in 2016 after his five unproductive years at Emirate Stadium.

A year after he left the North London side, he reached an agreement with Bayern Munich.

His form at Bayern Munich has not been all that impressive as well, as the 26-year-old has been at the club for four seasons, scoring 17 times last season.
