Arsenal
This 22-year-old striker reportedly linked with moves away from Arsenal
Arsenal may be losing one of the strikers in the next transfer window as the recent reports have claimed that the Gunners striker Eddie Nketiah has told the club he wants to leave.
This comes as Nketiah’s current deal at the Emirates Stadium will expire in the summer.
The report has linked Crystal Palace among the clubs that have shown interest in a possible move for the English striker.
According to Daily Mail, Nketiah has now expressed his desire to leave the Gunners, despite Mikel Arteta’s rumoured attempts to convince him to extend his stay.
The report revealed that the 22-year-old wants to leave Emirate Stadium to further his career, as he has not made a Premier League appearance for Arsenal during the ongoing campaign.
Nketiah saw his loan spell with Leeds United in the 2019-20 season cut short, and he has featured in 30 top-flight games over the course of 18 months, including 17 appearances last season in which he scored two goals.
In another report, Arsenal are beginning to gain back their form and are currently seated in the top six on the Premier League table.
