Arsenal have been impressive in their last few games before the International break, which has seen them move to the fifth spot on the Premier League table.

However, they will face a severe test this weekend in their first game after the international break as they will be playing Liverpool at Anfield on Saturday.

Trouble awaits Arsenal ahead of the match as the recent report revealed they had suffered an injury blow as their captain and Gabon international  Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang may be unavailable for the encounter vs Liverpool.

This comes as the Gabonese netted the winner for his home country in Friday’s World Cup Qualifying clash with Libya before leaving the field on a stretcher.

Sone videos which surfaced on social media showed Aubameyang celebrating his side’s victory in the dressing room, though, seemingly allaying any fears of a long-term layoff.

He was, however, unable to take part in his country’s Tuesday’s 2-1 defeat to Egypt due to the injury, which has raised concerns about his availability and fitness when Arsenal make a trip to Anfield on Saturday.

So fat this season, Aubameyang has seven goals and two assists from 11 appearances in all competitions, with four of those strikes coming in the Premier League for Arsenal.
