PSG coach names who to be blamed for 2-0 defeat to Arsenal

The UEFA Champions League returned on Tuesday night with French side Paris Saint-Germain and EPL club Arsenal going head to head at Emirates Stadium.

In a post,-match statement, PSG manager, Luis Enrique, has said he takes the blame for his side’s 2-0 defeat at North London on Tuesday.

The Ligue 1 gianst suffered their first defeat in the Champions League to the Gunners who scored two goals, thanks to efforts from Kai Havertz and Bukayo Saka.

Arsenal scored their two goals in the first half and PSG had no response for Mikel Arteta’s led squad till the end of the match.

Speaking after the game, Enrique said he takes responsibility for PSG’s defeat at Emirates Stadium.

According to the manager, Arsenal were much better in terms of intensity and pressure and won every duel against his side.

Enrique will now focus on PSG’s next match against Nice in the French domestic league.

Meanwhile, Arsenal on the other hand have maintained an impressive form this season. Recall that they thrashed Leicester City before their match against PSG.

They will now focus on their next match against Southampton in the Premier League this weekend, with the hope of earning another three points.
