Manchester United have been handed major boosts ahead of their weekend match against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.

This comes as a recent update revealed Rasmus Hojlund and Mason Mount have both returned to Old Trafford.

Recall that Man Utd have been without Hojlund in the early stages of the season due to a hamstring problem which he sustained on his first pre-season game against Arsenal.

He was, however, spotted training with the main group on Wednesday, fuelling speculations that he could be available for the Red Devils Saturday game against Palace.

Mount, on the other hand, is seemingly in contention to play against Eagles, with the Englishman returning earlier than expected from a muscular issue he sustained against Brighton.

Recall that the former Chelsea midfielder was forced to leave the field during their game with Brighton on August 24, and he has missed the team’s last three games in all competitions.

However, there are speculations that Hojlund and Mount are unlikely to start against Palace, but the duo could both come in from the bench.

Man Utd will hope to maintain their recent form after the defeated Barnsley in the Carabao Cup.
