Ten Hag’s biggest victory: Manager delighted with Man Utd’s 7-0 win

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has reacted to his side win against Barnsley in the Carabao Cup third round on Tuesday at Old Trafford.

Ten Hag was delighted with his side 7-0 win as braces from Marcus Rashford, Christian Eriksen and Alejandro Garnacho, as well as a penalty from Antony, sealed the comfortable win which eased the club into the fourth round of the Carabao Cup.

The manager was excited with the efforts of his team, as he recorded his biggest victory since becoming Man Utd manager.

Speaking with Sky Sports in a post-match statement, Ten Hag stressed that the match was a difficult start but, once the Red Devils found the shape and the patterns, they scored some great goals, starting with Rashford which was a brilliant goal.

According to Ten Hag, his side played with a lot of speed and were very ruthless in front of the goal.

The manager who singled out Rashford for praise, spoke about the footballers confiddnce.

Ten Hag stressed that like Rashford, the whole team are really hungry looking for goals this season.

Meanwhile, Man Utd will hope to score more goals when they face a more experienced side Crystal Palace this weekend in the Premier League.
