Winstanley reunites with Potter and Cucurella at Chelsea

Chelsea have welcome a new addition to the club in the person of Paul Winstanley.

Winstanley, who was a Brighton recruitment analyst has now been appointed to the role of Director of Global Talent and Transfers at Stamford Bridge.

The new director reunites with Chelsea manager Graham Potter and defender Marc Cucurella, who also moved to the west London side some months ago.

Winstanley in his statement said that he is thrilled to be joining Chelsea and working with Potter once again.

Winstanley said of his appointment: “I’m thrilled to be joining Chelsea and to continue working with Graham Potter and his team. There is a real sense of excitement and momentum around the new ownership and this project. I’m looking forward to working with such an outstanding group of colleagues as the club moves into a new era.”

Following the takeover of Chelsea by Todd Boehly, there have been some ongoing changes at the club as they seek new changes.
