Premier League side, Chelsea are set to offload their out-of-favour defender Baba Rahman on another loan deal with the Ghanaian international set to move to Reading.
Baba Rahman is one of the players that is set to leave Stamford Bridge before the transfer window closes.
Having spent last season on loan at PAOK Salonika, Baba Rahman has failed to impress Thomas Tuchel in training despite that the Greek club were interested in keeping him.
Though PAOK tried to retain his service, negotiation between the club and Chelsea ended in a stalemate.
The Ghana international is not set to compete another loan move to Reading and the deal might be finalized in the next few hours, according to Daily Express.
The report claimed An agreement is in place between the two clubs over a loan deal and Baba Rahman will soon undergo a medical.
Reading are set to put him through the mandatory checks today ahead of him signing a one-year contract with the club.
If the deal is finally completed, this will be the sixth time Baba Rahman will be going out on loan as he has had loan spells at Schalke, Stade Reims, Mallorca and PAOK.
