Man United striker and Portugal International Cristiano Ronaldo has sent a message to fans after the Red Devils 1-1 draw vs Chelsea.

The Red Devils were hoping to bounce back from a 3-1 defeat at Arsenal last weekend.

However, they found themselves a goal down, after Marcos Alonso found the back of the net for Chelsea in the second half.

Ronaldo then controlled Nemanja Matic’s pass and smashed the ball past Eduoard Mendy.

The Red Devils and Chelsea ended up splitting the points in a match that was tasking.

After the game, he tweeted: “Thanks for the support in Old Trafford tonight.

“As always, our fans were amazing in their effort to help the team.”

With the look of things, they would be playing the Champions League next season.
