PSG beat EPL club to sign Kvaratskhelia

It is now confirmed that Khvicha Kvaratskhelia will no longer be moving to the Premier League as recent report revealed he has reached an agreement with French Ligure 1 giants PSG.

According to the reports, Paris Saint-Germain have agreed terms with the Napoli forward for the next five years.

This update was made public by football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano in a tweet via his X account on Saturday.

Romano disclosed that the French club are now negotiating with Napoli to agree a transfer fee for Kvaratskhelia’s exit from the Serie A club.

The football expect revealed the football star’s salary will be x4/5 his current one at Napoli.

Recall that Kvaratskhelia held talks over extending his contract with Napoli but an agreement was not reached between both parties.

The 23-year-old arrived at Napoli for €10 million from Dinamo Batumi in 2022.

The Georgia star has scored five goals and provided three assists in Serie A for Napoli this season.

His deal with PSG is a major blow on Premier League toppers Liverpool who were interested in signing him this January transfer window.

The Reds will now have to consider options if they are keen on signing a new forward.
