Manchester City’s Joao Cancelo names out-of-favour Chelsea winger as his toughest opponent

Chelsea winger Christain Pulisic might currently be having issues making his way into the Thomas Tuchel team but Manchester City defender Joao Cancelo has named him as his toughest opponent.

Pulisic has been struggling to hit form this season under the guidance of Thomas Tuchel as he has been forced to miss some matches through injury.

This cannot be said of Cancelo who is currently one of City’s star performers this season as Pep Guardiola’s side lead the way in the Premier League despite the effort of other clubs in the league.

The young defender who joined the city from Juventus has now insisted that Pulisic remain the toughest winger he has faced.

Cancelo said in an interview with Star Sports was asked about his toughest opponent and the Portuguese stated that it may sound strange but for him, the most difficult winger he have faced in the Premier League is Pulisic from Chelsea.

According to Cancelo, Pulisic is a very skilful and fast player with the ball with quick dribbles, so for him, he is the most difficult winger he have played.

Pulisic will be eager to continue his good form that have seen him receive accolades from Cancelo who might be wearing the premier league medal in the next few weeks.
