FA Cup: Kyle Walker charges Man City ahead of game Vs Chelsea
Man City will return to action this weekend when they play Chelsea in the FA Cup Semi-final.
The Citizens led by manager Pep Guardiola head to the game after they were kicked out of the UEFA Champions League by Spanish side Real Madrid.
With the UCL gone, Man City are in the race to win four Premier League titles in a row as they are currently two points ahead of Arsenal and Liverpool with six games to go.
They also have a chance to lift the FA Cup by starting with a win against Chelsea when they meet in the semi-final this weekend.
Ahead of the game against Chelsea, Man City star Kyle Walker charged his teammates as he believe it is another chance to finish the season with a win as he tipped them to bounce back.
“We’ve got another important final on Saturday against Chelsea,” Walker said in a post-match comment after Man City’s defeat to Madrid.
“It hurts and we’ve got to feel the pain. It’s a set-back. Hopefully that give us the motivation to go on and do something special at Wembley. We go again.
“We’ve got a massive run-in for the Premier League, a really big game against Chelsea and we have to take this as motivation to go on and do something special.
“The best thing in football is you have a game to put it right and Saturday is a massive game. It’s a great opportunity to take this hurt and fire from our belly.”
