FA Cup: Chelsea, Man Utd, others make it to semi-final

Chelsea on Sunday afternoon booked their spot in the FA Cup semi-final stage.

The Blues made it to the semi-final after defeating Championship side Leicester City 4-2 in a quarter-final tie at Stamford Bridge.

Goals from Marc Cucurella, Cole Palmer, Carney Chukwuemeka and Noni Madueke gave Mauricio Pochettino’s side the much-desired victory.

The recent win means Chelsea have now joined Manchester City, Coventry City in the semi-final.

Chelsea will hope to make it to the finals in a bid to win their first trophy under manager Mauricio Pochettino.

Recall that the Blues made it to the Carabao Cup final but lost the title to Liverpool.

Meanwhile, Man Utd also made it to the semi-finals after they kicked out Liverpool in the FA Cup quarter-final tie on Sunday evening.
