Chelsea will on Sunday host Man Utd in the EPL at Stamford Bridge.

While the Blues are currently seated at the top of the EPL table, the outcome of their match against the Red Devils will determine if they will create another gap against other clubs in the top four.

However, the truth is that the game against Man Utd at Stanford Bridge for Chelsea is beyond winning three-point but breaking a record that they have never achieved since November 2017., which was the last time the Blues ever won a game against the Red Devils.

Since then, the Blues and Man Utd have met seven times, and during those periods, Man United have had three wins, while the remaining four games ended in draws.

Last season the two sides finished goalless on both occasions they met.

Another record is that the Blues have not scored a Premier League goal against the Red Devils since Marcos Alonso’s equaliser in the 1-1 draw at Old Trafford on April 28, 2019.

While Chelsea will be hoping to break these records under Thomas Tuchel, Man Utd will hope to keep it intact.
