EPL: How Chelsea could lineup vs Brighton

Chelsea will return to action on Tuesday night when they face Brighton in the EPL.

The Blues will head to the game after their recent 1-0 defeat to league toppers Man City last weekend.

Ahead of the match vs Brighton, the Blues will once again be without the trio of Reece James, Trevor Chalobah and Ben Chilwell

Andreas Christensen is out after testing positive for coronavirus, while Edouard Mendy is on international duty at the Africa Cup of Nations.

Mason Mount and Timo Werner are likely to start for the Blues in the place of Hakim Ziyech and Christian Pulisic.

Romelu Lukaku will retain his spot at the front while Jorginho and Ruben Loftus-Cheek could remain on the bench, and instead N’Golo Kante and Mateo Kovacic could get a nod to start.

Chelsea have issues a the back, but it is unknown if Thomas Tuchel could give Robert Kenedy a chance to start against Brighton.

The German coach could start for Malang Sarr alongside Antonio Rudiger and Thiago Silva.
