EPL: Chelsea drop points vs Man Utd

The Sunday match between Chelsea and Man Utd at Stamford Bridge was one of the most exciting matches of the weekend.

The match, which was expected to be an opportunity for the Blues to increase the points between them and other EPL sides, saw them drop some points instead.

Man Utd star Jadon Sancho fired the opening goal for Man United in the 50 minutes during the encounter.

However, Chelsea were able to equalise through Jorginho’s penalty 19 minutes later.

Although the result means Chelsea are still on top of the Premier League table; however they are just a point ahead of second-place Manchester City.

Man United, on the other hand, are in 8th position with 18 points from 13 games.

The outcome of Chelsea’s next fixture, which is against Watford on December 1, will determine if they remain at the top of the league table.

A draw or loss to Watford will see the Blues drop from the top of the league.

Man United, on the other hand, will play Arsenal on December 2 and would hope to return to winning ways that would see them move back to the top four on the EPL table.
