Barely a few days into the January transfer window, Chelsea have been linked with moves for different players.

A recent report via Italian outlet Tuttomercatoweb revealed Chelsea are stepping up their interest in Argentine attacker Paulo Dybala.

The Blues are said to be weighing whether to trigger the €12 million release clause in his Roma contract.

Despite their recent win vs Preston in the FA Cup third round, Chelsea are determined to make some quality additions to their squad this January.

Manager Mauricio Pochettino isn’t satisfied with the attack players he has at his disposal, with Nicolas Jackson struggling to impress since his summer arrival from Villarreal, while Mykhailo Mudryk has largely flattered to deceive.

Meanwhile, Christopher Nkunku has only just returned following knee surgery in the summer, while Armando Broja has scored only two times in 15 appearances this season.

Owing to this, the Blues are ready to revive interest in Dybala.
