Chelsea star misses training amid moves to German club

Chelsea star Callum Hudson-Odoi has been linked with a loan move away from the London side in the summer as he seeks for more game time this summer.

A latest report revealed Hudson-Odoi missed Chelsea training amid a pending transfer to German club Bayer Leverkusen who have shown interest in him.

So far, Hudson-Odoi is yet to make any appearance for the Blues despite being named to the bench against both Tottenham Hotspurs and Leeds United.

Leverkusen finished in the third spot in the Bundesliga last season, which means they can give Hudson-Odoi an opportunity to impress in the Champions League with group stage matches coming up as well.

As of now, Hudson-Odoi has two years left on his current contract with the Blues and it is best to let him leave this summer.

Considering his young age, Chelsea could consider a season-long loan for him, which could help his career development.
