Chelsea should have scored more than 2 goals against Crystal Palace – Nkunku

Chelsea forward Christopher Nkunku has reacted to the Blues 2-1 win vs Crystal Palace.

Nkunku, who played an integral role in the opener believes Chelsea should have scored more than two goals against the Eagles.

The Frenchman who recently made his debut for Chelsea, was a constant thorn against Crystal Palace and he was delighted to play his part.

‘It was a big fight and we played a good game,’ said Nkunku.

‘I think we could have scored more goals, but the most important thing is the three points.

‘Personally, it meant a lot to me [to make my first start]. I’m very happy because it has been six months since I started a game.

‘I feel good and the most important thing is I don’t feel any issues after the game, so we are concentrating on improving.

‘I think we need to be focused in every game and every training session to improve. We have a young team but with big quality, and we need to work together to improve and enjoy success together.’
