Chelsea have been reported to be planning to let two of their high-profile players leave the club

As report by Graeme Bailey for HITC Sport, revealed the Premier League West London club are considering the future of both Thiago Silva and Raheem Sterling.

Silva’s contract with the Blues will end at the end of the season and Mauricio Pochettino’s side are not considering a new deal for the 39-year-old Brazilian.

Meanwhile, Sterling arrived at the Stamford Bridge as one of the first big acquisitions under billionaire Todd Boehly’s era.

But the English star has failed to impress and live up to his standards at Chelsea.

Sterling remains a key player in the Blues squad this season but it is understood that he could be offloaded in the summer.

Chelsea have continued to struggle this season and are currently seated at the 10th spot on the league table.

Their chances of playing in Europe next season are also very slim.
