Man Utd’s injury update vs Luton Town

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag in a recent statement revealed he may have defender Luke Shaw in his squad when they take on Luton Town this weekend.

Recall that Shaw was taken off at halftime of the Red Devils’ 2-1 win at Aston Villa last Sunday.

Ten Hag admitted that the left-back is still a doubt but hopes he will prove his fitness in time.

“Yes, so he is doubtful for the weekend but we are positive he can make it,” Ten Hag told reporters.

Man United are currently without Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Tyrell Malacia in full-back positions.

While Malacia has not played all season, Wan-Bissaka has missed the last month.

“Wan-Bissaka will take some weeks because he picked up another injury in training last week. Mason [Mount] and Tyrell will take some more weeks,” Ten Hag added.
