Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel reveals the love he has for the club structure

Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has opened up on how much respect and love he has for the structure laid down at Stamford Bridge.

Thomas Tuchel was dismissed by Paris Saint-Germain some weeks ago but it wasn’t too long before Chelsea came knocking after they sacked Frank Lampard.

Frank Lampard was dismissed after 18 months in charge of the the club and the pressure is now on Thomas Tuchel to deliver.

Though he was unable to win his first game against Wolverhampton Wanderers, Tuchel while speaking to the club official website has stated the love he has for the club structure.

He noted that what he likes now and why he’s very positive is that he is self-aware that this is a thing to improve, to be also more relaxed and not to be too stubborn in his beliefs.

According to the German tactician the structure that he found in Chelsea is very clear and a very easy structure.

It is easy to understand there are not many people who make the decisions and he can absolutely live with that

Tuchel added that when things are clear it is on him now as the head coach to adapt and to make his opinion clear and to give the analysis of what he see, what he feel and where he also think that the team can still improve and he hope this comes along in the right way.

Tuchel next task will be to secure all three points against Burnley in there next Premier League match.
