Brendan Rodgers tipped to replace former Chelsea manager
Former Liverpool coach Brendan Rodgers has been tipped as the favourite to replace former Chelsea manager Antonio Conte at Tottenham Hotspur.
There are speculations that Conte would leave Tottenham once his contract with the club expires at the end of the season.
A report via talkSPORT revealed Rodgers is the latest manager on Tottenham’s radar to replace the Italian.
Like Conte, Rodgers, who currently manages Leicester City, is also on the verge of being sacked at the King Power Stadium as he has not been able to deliver.
The call for Rodgers’ sack at Leicester City increased after the Foxes suffered a 3-1 defeat at home to Chelsea in Saturday’s Premier League tie.
As of now, Leicester City are currently seated in the 16th position on the Premier League table with 24 points from 26 games.
It is yet to be seen why Tottenham would want to bring in Rodgers as Conte’s replacement.
