Chelsea owner and Russia Billionaire, Roman Abramovich has shown himself as one club owner who not only invests in football but enjoys the game.

Recall that the Russian Billionaire was present with other Blues fans in Porto, Portugal when Chelsea lifted the Champions League trophy.

Following their recent win in the Champions, the latest report has revealed that Abramovich has taken Chelsea decision to sign a new striker personal.

The reports revealed that he has been taking personal moves to ensure that Chelsea welcomes a new striker in the person of Romelu Lukaku in the summer transfer window.

According to Eurosport, he is now driving their transfer pursuit of a new striker, more specifically, of Romelu Lukaku, who they have started talks with.

It is no longer news that the Inter Milan star has been heavily linked with leaving Serie A this summer especially following the departure of Antonio Conte.

The report also added that Manchester City are also interested and are set to hand him a higher wage.
