Ten Hag told to remove this player from Man Utd squad

Former Manchester United star Roy Keane has sent a message to the club’s manager Erik Ten Hag as he wondered why he introduced French star Anthony Martial in the second half of their defeat to Tottenham.

Keane has been a long time critic of Martial and had always wished the Frenchman was sold.

A highlight from the Red Devils’ match vs the Hotspurs saw Martial substitute Marcus Rashford in the 85th minute.

Keane suggested that Ten Hag may as well have recalled some Manchester United legends of the past.

“They’re bringing on Martial!’ Keane exclaimed on Sky Sports.

“Bringing on these players, you might as well bring on Frank Stapleton and Norman Whiteside.

“Martial’s not going to get you out of trouble!”

The latest defeat to Tottenham has seen Man Utd trend on social media as many of the club’s fans expressed displeasure.
