Manchester United goalkeeper Andre Onana has reacted to their recent defeat to Tottenham Hotspur and he blamed the club’s strikers.

Onana, who moved to Old Trafford this summer, felt they performed pretty well in defeat but laid the blame on the players that wasted the opportunities to score.

Tottenham won the game on a 2-0 scoreline thanks to goals from Pape Matar Sarr and Lisandro Martinez(own goal).

Man Utd created chances throughout the game but the Spurs goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario stood his ground as he made some saves.

Chances also came through Marcus Rashford and Casemiro but they were wasted.

One of the goal chances fell to Bruno Fernandes who had a clear header in front of goal and sent it a long way high and wide.

“We started well, created chances but unfortunately we didn’t score. If we scored, it would be a different game.
