Manchester United legend Roy Keane has shared his opinion on the team chances of winning the Premier League title under the guidance of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer might be under some intense pressure some weeks ago but the Manchester United manager has been able to turn the team around and turn them into a candidate for the league title.

United have been winning matches but they were held to a goalless draw by Arsenal in the Premier League on Saturday days after they were beaten by Sheffield United.

Though United played good football in both matches, it looks like they are lacking cutting edge in front of goal and Roy Keane believes a lot still has to be done.

Speaking with Sky Sport, Keane stated that he’s scratching his head with United as the worry for him watching them play against Arsenal is that they they almost lacked the belief they could go and win the game.

According to Keane, it’s Man United, you’re looking at Arsenal who are missing a few players, the game was there for the taking.

However, their overall performance lacked that intensity as there was a real lack of quality today from Man United, and a real lack of conviction and desire to go and take the game to Arsenal.

Keane who couldn’t hide his frustrations noted that it looks as if the players have got almost frightened of the challenge and he don’t think the team are ready for the title challenge.

Manchester United will be eager to impress Roy Keane when they meet Southampton on Tuesday evening in a tie that has become a must win.
