One of the most exciting games this weekend will be a Manchester derby between rivals; Man City and Man Utd in the premier league.

While Man City are topping the log table, Man Utd are seated at the second spot and hope to close the gap between them and the Citizens

The Red Devils will be heading into the game following their recent 0-0 draw vs. Chelsea in their last outing at Stamford Bridge.

Ahead of the derby vs. Man City, Man Utd executive vice-chairman, Ed Woodward has rated Ole’s performance so far at Old Trafford.

According to Woodward, the progress the Red Devils have made under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer so far “is clear.”

Aside from being one of the teams capable of winning the EPL title, the Red Devils also have hope of winning silverware this term in the FA Cup and Europa League.

”The progress made by Ole and the players this season is clear,” he said.

Woodward in his statement stressed that while the club is pleased about this season’s on-pitch progress and the strength of their current squad, he, however, added that the club management are equally bullish on their long-term prospects.

Man Utd will hope to pick all three points vs. a high performing Man City side.
