New Manchester United manager, Ruben Amorim, has shared his opinion about the Red Devils players amid their woeful performance this season.

Amorim in a statement said Man Utd players lose the ball too often.

The 39-year-old made this comment while addressing the press ahead of his first official game in charge at Ipswich Town this Sunday in the Premier League.

Amorim is set to make use of his preferred 3-4-3 formation at Portman Road, despite having limited time on the training pitch since his arrival at Old Trafford.

He arrived at Man Utd at a time the club are seated at the 13th spot on the league table.

The new manager who was signed as a replacement for Erik ten Hag is, however, eager to see immediate change.

Amorim said it was a different way of playing and Man Utd are changing in the middle of the season.

“I think we lose the ball too often, we have to be better at running back, I think that is clear to everyone and I think we have to be better on the details,” he said.

He added that the players can improve on small things.

Amorim will hope to lead the Red Devils to his first win this weekend.
