Despite poor form Ole says Man Utd are still in the race for the EPL title

While Man Utd were held to a 1-1 draw over the weekend by West Brom in the Premier League, the Red Devils coach, Ole Gunnar Solsksjaer has insisted that they are still in the race for the title this season.

Oler in a statement stressed that they wouldn’t let arch-rival Man City “run away” with the points.

He stressed that himself and his boys would work hard to compete with Man City.

Let’s just build momentum and win games,” he told BBC Sport. “[City] are in good form. Us and Leicester have to put up a fight.”

The Red Devs coach in his statement refused to give up on his side as he added that Man Utd won’t let Man City run away as he vows to make things difficult for the Citizens when they meet.

“We’re not giving it away early – no we’re not,” he said.

This is a hard stance Ole has taken as Man City are currently seated at the top of the league table with 10 points ahead of the Red Devils and they have a game in hand.

Man City are also in top form and even if they lose to Man Utd when they meet, it would still be hard work for the Red Devils to surpass them.
