Mauricio Pochettino on Wednesday night led Paris Saint Germain to face EPL champions Manchester City in the Uefa Champions League.

The game, however, ended in a 2-1 defeat for the French side despite having the trio of Lionel Messi, Neymar Jr. and Kylian Mbappe at the front.

Following the recent defeat, many football pundits have claimed that PSG can not win the UCL trophy with the way they played against Man City.

Former Liverpool star Jammie Carragher went on to advise Pochettino to leave PSG and join Man Utd when the offer comes calling.

Pochettino is one of the favourites linked to Old Trafford to serve as a replacement for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who was recently sacked at the club.

Carragher stressed that Pochettino should be looking for the exit door at PSG and hoping that Man United make a move for him.

“Pochettino has to get out of the club,” Carragher told Paramount Plus.

“If he has the chance to go to Manchester United, I would be gone tomorrow, I honestly would and it’s because of those three stars.”

The former Liverpool star was more concerned by the attitude and work rate of top strikers like Messi, Neymar and Mbappe.
