This comes as the Premier League champions were able to hold Real Madrid to a 1-1 draw in the first leg at the Bernabeu on Tuesday night.
Vinicius Jr opened the scoring for the Los Blancos before Kevin De Bruyne scored the equalizer in the second half.
Guardiola while speaking to BT Sport, admitted that the game was a tight affair.
He said: “When we were better they scored. When they were better we scored. Tight, tight game.
“The Bernabeu in the semi-final, sometimes we had good moments and sometimes it was difficult with the quality they have on the ball.
“Final next Wednesday at home with our people.”
