Tuchel speaks on Chelsea’s chances of finishing in the top four

Chelsea manager, Thomas Tuchel, has rated his side’s chances of finishing top four in the Premier League this season.

This comes after they lost all three points to Everton during their Sunday match at Goodison Park.

Frank Lampard’s side defeated Chelsea, thanks to Richarlison’s lone goal in the second half of the match.

Tuchel stressed that Chelsea’s performance in the last four games in the Premier League has not been encouraging.

Recall that before their game against the Toffees, the Blues were held to a 1-1 draw vs Man Utd at Old Trafford.

Speaking on Chelsea’s chance of finishing top four, Tuchel said during his post-match press conference: “I said it weeks ago. I never feel safe. And it doesn’t matter if we are in a race for the top four, the last four games are not enough. Four points is never enough no matter the race we are in.”

Their only chance of winning a trophy this season is by defeating Liverpool in the FA Cup final, which will be played this month.
