Chelsea new manager, Thomas Tuchel since taking over from Frank Lampard in January has done quite well at Stamford Bridge.

He has helped the Blues return to the top four with the potential of winning the Premier League title this season having dropped to the 9th spot under Lampard.

He also helped the West London side defeat Atletico Madrid in the UCL and at the moment the Blues are looking like a dangerous team.

However, in a recent statement ahead of Chelsea faceoff with Leeds United, Tuchel has revealed his regret at Stamford Bridge.

According to Tuchel, the inability to have more than three substitutes is a regret for me as he wished he could have five substitutes.

Tuchel revealed there are some players he would love to play but the limited number of substitutes are affecting his choice of players.

”The only thing that I’m missing is to have the possibility of five substitutes to use more players because it’s been a concern of mine for many years saying that we have to have the possibility to use more of our players,” Tuchel said.

He hinted that he was pushing for more substitutes at every club where he was coaching, so it’s not just because he is now in charge of a big club like Chelsea.
