Bundesliga playmaker can leave with specific conditions

Bayer Leverkusen sporting director Rudi Voller has said talented youngster Kai Havertz might be permitted to leave under “specific conditions” in the midst of connections to Chelsea.

The 21-year-old has been firmly connected with a move to Stamford Bridge, in spite of the fact that the Bundesliga side are purportedly requesting £90m, which Chelsea are determined to bringing down.

No choice has been made at this point, Rudi Völler told reporters and refered to by Chelsea-news.co.

He included: I’d prefer to repeat myself by emphasizing that we’re discussing a superb footballer.

There is the same old thing in such manner. We have a reasonable and shared agreement with him and his agents that he can just leave under specific conditions. Else he will remain.

Chelsea have already done early transfer business by signing Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech, and the Blues are determined to sign goalkeeper and defenders.

Chelsea have already identified Atletico Madrid’s Jan Oblak as replacement for Kepa Arrizabalaga.
