Serie A side tipped as favourite to sign Chelsea forward if deal for Lukaku is signed

Chelsea are still linked with their former player Romelu Lukaku and this mean some players will have to leave the club.

The deal for Lukaku is reportedly on the verge of being completed as Chelsea will be paying the Seria A side their €130m asking price.

Tammy Abraham has been tipped as a player that will leave Stamford Bridge this summer but Hakim Ziyech has reportedly join him in the list.

According to Italian outlet Calciomercato.com, Ziyech is also expected to be allowed to move on as Chelsea look to trim their squad and the wage bill.

Ziyech arrived in Chelsea from Ajax last summer and was a peripheral figure at Chelsea in his first season and was an unused substitute in the Champions League final.

Seria A side AC Milan are now tipped as the club that will acquire his service as Chelsea continue their good relationship with the Italian side.

Oliver Giroud recently left Chelsea for AC Milan and this was coming after the blues allowed Fikayo Tomori to sign a permanent deal with the Rossoneri.

AC Milan are likely to propose a loan deal with an option to buy to take Ziyech to the San Siro this summer.
