Reports: Thomas Tuchel urge Chelsea board to sign established Premier League winger
Chelsea are willing to compete at all front next season, and Thomas Tuchel has reportedly set his on Adama Traore as one of the players that can help him achieve his goals.
Adama Traore currently faces an uncertain future at Wolverhampton Wanderers, where he’s been putting in a strong performance.
The Spain international is yet to agree to a new deal following lengthy contract negotiations with the West Midlands club over the past few months, and top clubs are monitoring the situation.
With just two years left on his contract, Chelsea are willing to secure his signing this summer.
Spanish media outlet AS, as quoted by the Birmingham Mail, reported that Tuchel is eager to complete a deal for the Spain international.
According to the report, Chelsea sees Traore as an alternative to Inter Milan wing-back Achraf Hakimi who is reportedly moving to Paris Saint Germain PSG rather than the Blues.
Traore scored two goals and made two assists in 37 games in the Premier League last term, a season that was not his best.
We will have to see who the Blues will sign in the coming weeks as their new player.
