Pulisic clears the air amidst transfer rumours away from Chelsea
With the summer transfer window weeks away, there are bound to be speculations of some players linked with moves away from their club.
One of such players is Chelsea winger, Christian Pulisic.
This comes as the American international, who joined the Blues in 2019 from German club, Borussia Dortmund has been linked with moves away from Stamford Bridge.
Pulisic reacted that he’s always been doubted but he went ahead to rule out any transfer move from Chelsea.
He revealed that he’s up for any challenge in the team.
Although Pulisic recently admitted he was ‘very frustrated’ to be benched for the Champions League semi-final victory against Real Madrid, he however insisted on staying put at Chelsea.
Asked whether he sees his long-term future at Chelsea, Pulisic told ESPN FC before Chelsea’s FA Cup final 1-0 defeat to Leicester City on Saturday evening: ‘Yeah, I’m obviously happy here. It has been an incredible two years.
“People have always doubted and said: “Oh, he’s not playing, does he want to go here, does he want to go there?”
Pulisic added he’s up for a challenge as he loves competing. ”I love the position I’m in, and I’m enjoying my time here,” he said.
