Chelsea have continued their bad run of form as Manchester City put in an impressive performance to defeat them at Stamford Bridge.

Frank Lampard and his team were under intense pressure before their match against Manchester City and they failed to impress as Guardiola showed why he’s ranked among the best coaches in the world.

Pep Guardiola whose team were without most of their first team players due to the Covid-19 outbreak in the team scored three first-half goals to put themselves in the driving seat.

Speaking with PLTV at half-time, former Premier League striker Alan Shearer stated that it’s the kind of performance from Chelsea that gets the manager the sack.

Shearer’s statement was backed by Graeme Souness who stated on Sky Sports that the gulf was enormous in that first half.

Lampard who couldn’t stop his Chelsea team from another defeat was also slammed by Roy Keane who noted that the Chelsea attacking players need to show up.

According to Roy Keane, it doesn’t look like the strikers are up for it as he noted that to get back in the game they need a miracle, a miracle that never happened.
