Man Utd coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been advised to imitate Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel to get the best out of his squad.

This was made known by Former Liverpool player Danny Murphy as the Red Devils continued a poor form, with their recent defeat to Leicester City placing them at the sixth spot on the EPL log.

According to Murphy, Tuchel doesn’t care which player he upsets in his Chelsea squad; and the former Liverpool star expects Solskjaer to do the same with his Man Utd squad.

Murphy, in a statement with Talk SPORT, said, “What’s the answer? Work, and repercussions of performance. If you don’t have the repercussions of performance, you won’t get the work in.

“If you look at Tuchel over the last three weeks, he’s not just not changed personnel and gone: ‘You fix it’.

Murphy noted that Tuchel has actually gone on to use five players In the midfield, with three central midfielders who are all defensive and the two wing-backs, and then played two strikers – he’s only got two attacking players on the pitch.

“And look at his bench, he doesn’t care who he upsets,” he added.
